650 Dave Brubeck Way is a safe, convenient, and affordable home-away-from-home for UOP Students.  Located directly across the street from University of Pacific Library,  walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarkets on the "Miracle Mile"

This building features eight completely remodeled and fully furnished 2bed/1bath units.  All units have similar floorplans but offer a variety of  fixtures and finishes.  Most units have hardwood floors and tiled kitchen/baths or designer plank flooring throughout. 

 Kitchen features full sized 4 burner gas stove/oven,  microwave oven/exhaust, refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel sink,  granite countertops with custom glass tile backsplash, and fold out dining/prep table.  

Each private bedroom (single occupancy only) is individually keyed, has  two large dual-pane windows, window covering, and includes new Twin XL bedframe/headboard, with hybrid memory foam/spring mattress with hypoallergenic cover (linens not provided), night stand, desk, swivel desk chair, area rug, and either a walk in closet or freestanding closet, air conditioner and baseboard heater.  

Living room features an HD TV/DVD, chairs or sofa, end table, large walkin closet and celing fan/wall heater.  Cat 6 network cabling to each bedroom as well as Wi-Fi with Gigabit speed Internet through entire property.    

Bathroom features features modern vanity with glass tiled backsplash, large storage area, individual water heater, and shower/tub combo with custom quartz wall panels.

Front/rear lobby accessed through electronic keypad.  Laundry room at rear of building with limited assigned parking  spaces at rear for extra fee (plenty of free parking in front).  

Beautifully landscaped front courtyard with shade trees, picnic table and park benches, surrounded by lush plants and shrubs.  Motion activated lighting and CCTV security cameras around the entire exterior offers safety and security.

Located directly across from the UOP Library, you won't find a more convenient or safe place to stay at this price.   Depending on availability, you can either rent an entire 2 bedroom unit with your own roommate or a single private room shared with another student (we pair female with female and male with male students unless specifically requested otherwise).   This is a no pets, no smoking property and is NOT a party house.   All prices are based on 12 month lease.  Leases for 9 months are sometimes available at higher rate.  Applicants must complete application online at www.foxtenant.com.   We accept qualified related co-signers for student applicants who do not meet income qualifications.
