Property management is more than posting a for rent sign or collecting rent.  We deploy a comprehensive property management platform and tenant portal, that manages financial reports, rent payments, service ticketing etc.  With complex landlord/tenant laws changing daily, we are always current on new and emerging ordinances for our service areas.  We also strictly enforce timely rent collection so property owners receive their monies in a timely manner, but also to protect their right to collect or evict tenants if needed. We don't just buy investment properties, we teach our first time investors how to effectively run them to maximize profit and avoid legal pitfalls.
